English courses for children in Bratislava, available both in person and online from the comfort of your home. Our approach is unique—through play, children naturally learn to think and create in English, and fun conversation classes with native speakers help them become more fluent. For us, English is more than just a language. Through carefully designed activities, we develop memory, concentration, flexible thinking, creativity, and the ability to learn new things. Our teachers are able to specifically support these cognitive skills and create an environment that helps children manage their attention better, maintain focus, and actively engage in learning. For older students, we offer courses that supplement their English knowledge from school or prepare them for the high school graduation exam.

Dear parents, in the language education of children and teenagers, the right start plays a key role. Every child is different – they have different pace, interests, experiences and needs. That’s why we place emphasis on individual course set-up before the course starts.

At the consultation, we’ll listen to your expectations, talk about your child’s language experience and use online testing to find out their current level. Based on this, we will recommend an appropriate course that will not only be effective but also motivating. We make sure that children leave the lessons enjoying learning, confident in their communication and eager to continue.

FAQ

I have chosen a language course for my child according to age, is that OK?

We select language courses for children according to their age and level of English. We test children up to 12 years old with the online CLIL tests and children from 13 years old with the online Tracktest.

We have no experience with online courses for children, how is the teaching going?

We have several years of experience with children’s group tuition. The online lessons are set up to be interesting for the children and keep their attention for the whole lesson. Children join the class via video call /e.g. Zoom or MS Teams/. During the lesson, teachers use various online tools – interactive exercises, videos, online whiteboard or shared screen.

How long does it take to learn in children's group courses?

The school year runs from September to June. It is divided into 3 trimesters or 2 semesters.

What is the price for a children's group course?

The price for group lessons in children’s courses is 10-11€/60 min. hour.

How do I pay for the course?

Payment for the course is based on the order – either by bank transfer or by credit card. After creating an order, you choose your preferred payment method. In individual cases, payment in instalments is also possible by agreement.

I highly recommend The Bridge Camp. My boys have been going there for several years now, and they always come back happy.
