FAQ

How long will it take me to level up?

Posun do vyššej úrovne je individuálny, ale štandardná cesta študenta je jedna jazyková úroveň za jeden školský rok /2 semestre/ v skupinovej výučbe, teda 64 x 60 min. hodín

Why is it necessary to test yourself?

Based on your test result, we can place you in a course according to your current level. The test is a prerequisite for inclusion in group instruction.

I'm a complete beginner, do I need to take a test?

If you are a complete beginner and have no background in English, there is no need to take the test. You will automatically be enrolled in an A1 level course.

Can you assign me a native speaker for my lessons?

For levels higher than B1+ we automatically assign a foreign tutor, for lower levels it is individual.

How does clock recall work?

If necessary, the lesson can be cancelled no later than 12.00. the previous working day. All the rules for the organisation of the lessons are given to the students at the beginning of the course.

Can students studying in a group substitute an individual lesson?

No Absences in group instruction cannot be made up individually. A refund of the lesson is only possible if the lesson is cancelled by the whole group.
