Eva Göndörová

Eva is a CELTA- and DELTA-qualified English teacher from Slovakia, who spent much of her life in the UK before returning home to share her love for languages and culture. With a BA in English Language and Literature and extensive training in teaching and education, she has taught across a wide range of contexts — from secondary schools and adult education centres in London to international language schools in Slovakia. Over the years, she has prepared students for Cambridge exams (IGCSE, FCE, PET, KET), GCSE English, and Functional Skills English, while also supporting learners of all ages and backgrounds to develop their confidence and communication skills. Passionate about sparking curiosity, Eva creates engaging lessons that encourage collaboration, exploration, and play, helping students learn naturally and effectively. Outside the classroom, she finds joy in discovering new cultures and is an avid jazz and swing dancer, even teaching beginner groups in her hometown.
