Individual mentoring for teachers provides a space where you can develop to your full potential. Throughout the school year, you will have an experienced mentor at your side who understands your daily challenges and will help you find solutions and new ways of learning.

Format and duration
Recommended frequency: 2 mentoring sessions per month

Available packages:
o Semester - 8 sessions
o School year - 16 sessions + annual internal CPD program at The Bridge

Mentoring combines practical advice, coaching techniques, reflection, and professional growth. Your mentor will help you with real-life situations in teaching – for example, classroom dynamics, student motivation, or methodology.

The program content includes:

Individually tailored mentoring
Observations of your lessons
Peer observations
Feedback and specific suggestions for improvement
An objective view and practical advice from an experienced mentor
(as part of the highest package) the opportunity to join our CPD program – additional seminars, workshops, educational activities

Mentoring is intended for teachers (especially English teachers) who are looking for individual support, freelancers or educators without sufficient support within their team, as well as anyone who wants to improve their practical skills, tackle current challenges and develop the quality of their teaching.
