This course is not just about learning English - it is a professional language training course focused on professional coaching skills in English. The content is tailored to the needs of coaches, mentors and professionals who want to feel confident in the English language when conducting coaching conversations, giving feedback or facilitating workshops.
The course includes comprehensive language training with a focus on coaching terminology, so you will learn to use the precise terms needed to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues in English. During the course, you will practice conducting coaching conversations, formulating powerful questions, building trust and active listening in a foreign language. The course also includes simulations of real coaching situations, where you will practice conducting sessions, resolving conflicts or having developmental conversations with clients in English. Emphasis is also placed on fluency and accuracy of expression - the lecturer will guide you to communicate clearly, naturally and without language barriers, giving you greater confidence when working in an international environment.

The course is run in micro-groups (approx. 4 participants), which brings the dynamics of group learning. Working in a small group allows for more interaction, natural conversation and sharing of experiences between participants, which helps not only in learning English but also in developing coaching skills. Discussions, simulations and collaborative problem-solving support learning in practice, with each participant having the opportunity to actively participate and receive feedback from both the tutor and fellow participants.
The lecturers of this course are internationally EMCC certified in coaching, so they have a thorough understanding of the topic and know the linguistic challenges of coaching in English. This allows you to address the specific situations you encounter in your practice and get valuable feedback on your language and professional communication.
