A course for teachers who want to develop coaching skills and emotional intelligence to promote motivation in and outside the classroom. Experience a supportive environment based on trust and empathy, and leave with new ideas, energy, and inspiration to put into practice. The course meets Erasmus+ quality standards.
Do you feel that sometimes it is not easy to truly understand what your students need? That there are obstacles hidden between the lines that prevent them from progressing, but you don't always know how to identify and overcome them?
This course will teach you how to be truly present: to perceive more than just words and gestures, to listen and ask questions that help reveal what is essential.
You will embark on a journey that will enable you to build strong and trusting relationships based on honesty and respect, which can motivate students. You will learn how small changes in your approach and lifestyle can bring about major positive shifts, not only in your work but also in your everyday life.
You will learn to better understand emotions, both your own and those of your students, and how to work with them.
You will gain tools to help you clarify what is really important to you as a teacher and how to translate these values into everyday practice.
If you are looking for a way to be an inspiring guide in learning who sees the student as a whole being, and at the same time you long for tools that will help you grow with them, this course is just for you.
After the course:
Participants receive a Certificate of Participation, a Europass Mobility document, or another Erasmus+ ready certification.
