Have you been thinking about English language classes for your children, but with the wide choice of current courses on the market, signing up seems too binding? Or has your child had English classes in the past but didn’t like taking them because they were uninteresting and boring? We encounter these scenarios on a daily basis, which is why we’ve decided to put together a series of free “The Bridge for children” workshops for your kids!
Each workshop will be themed differently to guide children toward English in a fun and creative way that is close to their hearts. From March to June, we will offer 4 interesting workshop formats at monthly intervals, giving children a choice of activities to suit their interests.
To meet the needs of children who are not from the Bratislava area and do not have the opportunity to attend the workshops at our premises, we have divided the workshops into face-to-face and online sessions so that all children can enjoy English through play without distinction.
In this series, “The Bridge for children,” we try to show children that English is not just “a subject to memorize in school,” but also has practical applications. We aim to encourage children’s natural curiosity and desire to explore new corners of a foreign language through specially chosen workshops on topics close to their hearts, combining learning with playfulness and creativity.
Children will be able to download our short ebook before each workshop, which we have created with each topic in mind, giving them an idea of what to expect. They will have the opportunity to get to know the basic vocabulary beforehand, which will help them in practice later on. This ebook doesn’t just have an educational function; with new vocabulary and phrases, children are sure to have a lot of fun as well.
