Macmillan Education: We meet the changing needs of teachers

Can you briefly introduce your company?

Macmillan Education is an international publisher, specializing in ELT and curriculum publishing. We have been offering high quality coursebooks to Slovak students on a large scale from kindergartens to adults, from beginners to advanced, for more than 25 years. We also offer a complex digital environment for learners & teachers along with printed books and methodological & technical support. 

What has motivated you to participate in our conference?

Macmillan Education has a long tradition in supporting ELT conferences and a very good partnership with many local ELT institutions and communities. Many of the conference participants use Macmillan books in ELT.

How do you cooperate with the teachers’ community on a regular basis?

We support ELT teachers in their professional growth with regular methodology seminars, webinars, individual consultations and of course, printed & digital materials. 

Do you think your company will meet the changing needs of teachers in the future?

We are 100% positive in this matter as in our teaching materials we have always reflected on the requirements of the changes in educational curriculum, as well as covered up-to-date topics & interests of students of all age groups.
