By kurzy

Marie Delaney is not only an experienced teacher but also an educational psychotherapist, trainer, and author, based in Crosshaven, Cork. She is passionate about finding practical solutions to engage students, especially those who may feel disconnected or ‘unreachable.’ Marie’s approach is grounded in her belief that theory must always be applicable to real-life classroom scenarios.
Marie has published several influential works, including “What Can I Do With the Kid Who?” (2010) and “Attachment for Teachers” (2017), both with Worth Publishing. Her book “Into the Classroom: Special Educational Needs” (2016) was published by Oxford University Press. Marie is also a co-author of the British Council’s course materials on Inclusion.
