The year-long course is divided into modules that include theoretical parts, workshops, coaching practice, individual mentoring, and self-study. Participants learn to work with their own internal resources and acquire skills to strengthen the internal resources of others. They practice tools that will help them with changes at work, in life, in achieving results, in leading people, in time management, assertiveness, and so on.

We have designed the course so that professional training goes hand in hand with practical training, i.e., acquiring skills through direct practical experience with clients. It is precisely this overlap with practice throughout the course that allows course participants to grow and master all the knowledge and skills they have acquired directly through personal experience. The course fee includes the complete process of theoretical and practical training, including a final exam with the possibility of obtaining EMCC certification at the basic/Foundation or advanced/Practitioner level, opening the door to professional coaching practice.

Why EMCC? Coaching and mentoring in one

Unlike the ICF, which focuses primarily on coaching as a separate discipline, the EMCC offers an approach that integrates coaching and mentoring as interconnected tools for personal and professional development. EMCC emphasizes not only the development of coaching skills, but also the ability to lead complex development processes that take into account a wide range of client needs. This approach enables course participants to acquire balanced competencies for working with individuals and teams in a variety of contexts, from personal growth to strategic leadership of organizations. EMCC thus ensures not only an internationally recognized standard of quality, but also practical preparedness for the real challenges of coaching or mentoring in a modern work environment.

Linking theory with practice

A key part of the program is coaching real clients under the supervision of experienced instructors. The nearly year-long duration of the program supports the natural anchoring of skills in real practice. We also provide clients for practice to course participants.

Program philosophy: The focus is not on the problem, but on the person

At The Bridge, we view coaching as working holistically with a person, taking into account their needs, values, and life context. Our approach does not focus on the “problem to be solved,” but on the person experiencing it. We believe that real change does not come about solely through a change in circumstances, but mainly through an improvement in the quality of subjective experience—that is, how we view a situation, how we think about it, and what we experience in it. We cannot always influence external factors. However, we can always influence our perspective.

We therefore see coaching as a space where clients gain clarity, distance, and a new way of responding to what they are experiencing. It is a holistic process that promotes understanding of oneself, one’s values, and one’s inner orientation, and thus natural change in everyday life.

During the course, participants learn to work with different levels of coaching (from performance to capacity to quality of life), but always with an emphasis on what is most important: the person and their experience, not an isolated problem.

What makes our course unique?
