This intensive course really focuses on the practical aspect. You will enjoy interesting simulations, case studies, articles and podcasts.

Throughout the course, we will study and work hard together. Our classes will include all the important issues of Business English: leading meetings, customer relations, sales reports, sales techniques, presentations, negotiations, and more.

The course goal: to make you feel confident using English

Your study plan is tailor-made, so you will have the chance to discuss the programme with your trainer prior to the course. This is to ensure that you are meeting your linguistic aims and other specific objectives.

Course topics:

• meetings – effective communication strategies for meetings, workshops
• negotiations – sales techniques, persuasion
• presentations – presenting for internal and external clients
• communication – telephoning, networking, small talk etc.
• written communication – writing formal reports and business correspondence

During our course you will:

• analyse business cases from practice.
• improve your communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• learn how to read and present graphs and statistics.
• compose reports, proposals and forecasts.

Groups are formed based on short personal interviews and results of complex online testing (grammar, vocabulary, reading and listening).  We believe that in order to provide quality and efficient language training the group needs to share goals and have the same language ability and level.
