Coaching is about working with you to identify and accomplish your personal and professional goals faster than you can do alone. It is often compared to having a mentor, project manager, personal trainer and sports coach all rolled into one!

The coach and you work together in a partnering relationship on strictly confidential terms. In this relationship, you are the expert on the content & decision-making level while the coach & mentor is an expert in professionally guiding the process.

We are offering free coaching sessions to those of you who are looking for some meaningful changes in your personal or business life. The issues you wish to manage can range from adjusting to a new role, developing new skills or confidence, or getting rid of unwanted habits.

While your coach is not yet accredited, they are participating in ongoing training and have acquired sufficient knowledge and experience under the supervision of Mike Shreeve – a skilled coaching trainer.

The real benefit of a coaching relationship is having an equal partner who you can trust.

Coaching is not about dealing with ‘why’ we are the way we are except when this is useful. The emphasis is on moving closer towards specific goals or developing greater awareness. It is about unlocking your potential by first understanding what is important in your life and then aligning this to your decisions and actions.

However, it requires your commitment to a challenging process to obtain the desired results. Only those of you who genuinely want to improve their personal performance and who are willing to put in the effort to achieve your goals should consider coaching.

As the coaching session will be conducted in English, your level must be B2 or higher in order to be a volunteer.
